This is a phonematic representation of the Erz'a language found in the Erzya - English Glossary at Vienna.
www.geocities.com/Vienna/3259/erzya-eng.html
Subsequently, it has been downloaded by Webster's Online Dictionary and can be locatd at the the following URL:

Most recently the faulty Erzya materials have be compiled in a book titled "Webster's Erzya – English Thesaurus Dictionary". When dental consonants other than "s" and "z" are followed by a front vowel, they are automatically palatalized.

Certain corrections have been made with regard to English translations of the glosses. And, for some reason there were a lot of dialectical forms given. It would be interesting to learn what the source is for the Erzya material.
