2009 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Gypsy Lore Society

On behalf of the Gypsy Lore Society, and under the patronage of Mrs. Tarja Halonen, President of the Republic of Finland, several Helsinki-based organizations will host the 2009 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Gypsy Lore Society. The conference will be held on August 27-29, 2009, in the Main Bulding of the University of Helsinki (UH), Fabianinkatu 33 (one block north of the green circle on the map), lecture halls 5, 7 and 8. The conference programme starts at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2009, registration on spot at 10 a.m. the same day.
