To receive an official invitation for the Russian Federation visa application you need to send to the organizers at the Tomsk State Pedagocical University:

A scanned copy of the passport page with a photo,

and a filled out questionnaire form:

• last name and first name as they are put in the passport,
• date of birth,
• number of the passport,
• dates of validity of the passport,
• place of employment,
• position,
• work address,
• the place where you will receive a visa in your country,
• the name of the city where the Russian embassy or the consulate is situated, and
• the dates of stay in Russia

We would like to encourage to send the visa application by e-mail to the following address: filtchenko@policy.hu. In the case that the visa application will be sent by post, the address is as follows: Russia, 634041 Tomsk, pr. Komsomolsky 75, TGPU, k.246, Andrey Filchenko. Your invitation will be sent from Tomsk by post. We can also send via e-mail the number of the telex which you can get in the embassy and the date when you can receive your invitation in the stated embassy or consulate.

PLEASE make sure you apply for the Russian visa well in advance, as it takes 4-5 weeks to arrange the formal invitation letter at OVIR office, which is a requirement for the visa application. Thus, you should send us your request for invitation letter and the above information at least 2 month before your planned visit.
