The authors are encouraged to submit the abstracts in the electronic form. The anonymous abstracts in the electronic form are asked to be submitted to the Programme Committee by e-mail at the address tomsk@eva.mpg.de. The size of the abstracts should not exceed two pages in length, including examples, notes, and bibliography (one page of text and one page of examples and references). The abstracts are asked to be submitted as an attachment following these guidelines:
format
of the title: Times New Roman, size 12, bold, all caps, aligned by
center,
format
of the body of the text (.doc or .rtf, and Adobe
PDF or corresponding); Times New Roman, size 12, line interval 1,5,
paragraph bread 1 cm, all margins 2,5 cm.
citations in the text to be noted in square brackets,
reference list to be added in the end, titled
References in Times New Roman, font size 12, regular; sources
to be listed in the order of appearance,
examples: in the case that you have several examples, please
number them and, when possible, use the IPA
convention and Unicode fonts,
body of the e-mail should contain information about the
author.
If the abstracts are sent by post, the electronic form must be with the abstract. People who need an earlier notification of their acceptance to organize travel, than they should submit as early as possible (by Nov.30) and make a note to the organizing committee when submitting the absratcs (in the body of e-mail), and we will try to notify them earlier by Jan.15. We could make a separate pile of this abtracts and ask the program committee to process this group earlier.
